Description:
This is a fast-paced academic administration role supporting examinations, student records, and registry operations. We are looking for individuals who are highly analytical, exceptionally organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of academic data while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to investigate, identify, and resolve discrepancies in student records, examination data, and academic reports. During peak examination periods, the role requires ownership, resilience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate examinations and assessments and support end-to-end exam operations
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain academic reports and student data records
• Identify, investigate, and resolve academic and examination discrepancies
• Maintain accurate student records using SMS/SITS and support attendance and timetable management
• Manage results processing, reassessments, and academic documentation
• Provide student support regarding academic queries, extensions, and mitigations
• Liaise with Registry, Academic, Student Services, and UK stakeholders
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, accuracy, and data integrity across all processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration, examinations, registry, or student services (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, filtering, lookups, and reconciliation of records
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies in data
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet demanding deadlines
• Professional, confidential, and student-focused approach
• Experience in customer service or call centers will be considered an advantage
