Regional Sales Manager

Description:

An excellent opportunity is now open for experienced sales professionals across Pakistan, particularly in the North Region, to join a growing FMCG Consumer Division. The company is hiring Regional Sales Managers and Field Supervisors to lead and support sales operations in various cities.

The ideal candidates will have a proven background in retail channel sales, the ability to communicate effectively, and a drive to expand market share. Candidates must be residents of their respective cities and have their own transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retail sales within the assigned region

• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and market influencers

• Lead, train, and supervise field staff to achieve regional targets

• Ensure high visibility and availability of products in retail outlets

• Monitor competitor activities and suggest actionable insights

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Other Requirements:

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales

• Must own personal conveyance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Residency in the target region/city is mandatory
