Healthwire Private Limited is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Regional Accountant to join our Finance and Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounting and financial operations for assigned regional branches/stores.
• Perform bank, cash, sales, receivables, and payables reconciliations.
• Review and verify branch transactions, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Monitor regional sales, collections, and cash handling.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with branch and operations teams regarding financial matters.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, accounting policies, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-branch, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or similar environment.
• Strong command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software will be preferred.
• Strong reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and meet reporting deadlines.
