What You’ll Be Doing:
- Source and attract top talent for both technical and non-technical roles
- Conduct HR interviews and partner closely with hiring managers
- Understand business needs and align the best-fit candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong talent pipelines and enhance employer branding
- Maintain recruitment reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in technical & non-technical recruitment
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience hiring for Marketing, Sales, IT and other corporate roles
✔️ Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines
✔️ A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth
