You will be responsible for identifying prospective buyers and sellers, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through proactive engagement with potential clients

• Conduct property tours and provide professional consultations to buyers and investors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Keep up to date with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities

• Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings

Education & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing sales role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Good understanding of Karachi’s real estate market and regulations

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
