Real Estate Executive

Description:

The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, responsible for supporting sales and development activities across Ali Builders & Developers’ residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospective buyers and investors, conducting property viewings, explaining project features and pricing, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves maintaining accurate property listings, coordinating with internal development and marketing teams, and staying informed about current and upcoming projects such as master-planned communities and housing ventures. The Real Estate Specialist also manages client relationships, responds to inquiries, provides after-sales support, and contributes to market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Consistent on-site presence at project locations and the company office is required to ensure timely communication and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to understand project details, legal aspects, and investment value.
• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate Development, including familiarity with housing schemes, master-planned communities, and urban planning concepts.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive real estate market.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on professional client communication, relationship building, and after-sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu and other local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, including visiting project locations and meeting clients in person.
• Basic understanding of real estate documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
• Comfort with using office software and digital tools for property listings, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or property advisory is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing and/or Real Estate.
