Position: Real Estate Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
 

• Engage with potential clients and provide information on available properties.
• Conduct property tours and presentations.
• Manage and update client information using CRM systems.
• Work on leads to identify potential buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Assist clients throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.
   

Requirements
 

• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Urdu.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• Technical Skills: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Preferred: Residents of Bahria Town Karachi (BTK).
