As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for staying updated on market trends, managing leads, scheduling client appointments, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. The role also includes promoting service adoption and meeting daily KPIs to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and developments

  • Manage leads through outbound calls and meetings

  • Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments daily, including in-person or virtual meetings

  • Drive revenue growth in alignment with the regional business plan

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting service adoption

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Ideally, 1+ year of sales experience (Fresh graduates and women re-entering the workforce are encouraged to apply)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
