Job Description

- Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and market dynamics

- Work on company-generated + personal leads and conduct follow-up calls to meet KPIs

- Schedule 10 client appointments daily, ensuring at least one in-person meeting

- Assist potential buyers with site visits and highlight project features

- Facilitate negotiations and guide clients toward informed investment decisions

- Provide accurate market insights and build trust-based client relationships

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales support and documentation

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Experience in Gulshan-E-Iqbal properties is a plus)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sound knowledge of Gulshan-e-Iqbal real estate market

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
