Family Builders & Developers is actively seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our professional sales team at our Head Office in Karachi. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the city’s prominent property development firms, engaging in the sale of both under-construction and ready-to-move residential and commercial properties from top developers.
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from engaging potential clients and conducting site visits to finalizing deals and overseeing post-sale formalities. You will be expected to conduct property presentations, highlight key features, and address all client inquiries with professionalism and clarity. In addition to managing leads generated via digital platforms, on-site events, and marketing activities, you will also coordinate closely with developers, banks, and legal entities to ensure a seamless property buying experience for clients.
Candidates should possess prior experience in real estate sales, particularly in project-based developer sales. An in-depth understanding of the property market, relevant regulations, and sales processes is crucial. Strong communication and sales presentation skills are essential to thrive in this high-performance, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell under-construction and ready-to-move properties from reputable developers
Conduct property site visits, showcase features, and provide detailed project information to clients
Actively follow up with prospective clients from online campaigns, property events, and walk-ins
Assist clients through the entire sales process including booking, payment planning, legal formalities, and documentation
Liaise with developers, financial institutions, and legal advisors to close transactions smoothly
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, communications, and sales progress through the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
