This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for an RCM Manager – U.S. Health Care. The RCM Manager will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes for U.S. physician practices, including patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding coordination, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing trends, and implementing process improvements to optimize collections, reduce days in accounts receivable, and ensure regulatory compliance with U.S. healthcare standards. The RCM Manager will lead and mentor a team, provide regular training, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and handle escalations related to billing and reimbursement. Daily responsibilities also include preparing operational reports, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, collaborating with technology teams on system enhancements, and maintaining clear communication with U.S.-based partners.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret RCM data, identify root causes of revenue leakage, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, lead teams, manage escalations, and present reports clearly.
• Candidates should possess Healthcare Consulting experience to advise U.S. practices on best RCM practices, compliance, and workflow optimization.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to develop, coach, and upskill team members on U.S. billing rules, payer policies, and internal processes.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, implement, and track RCM initiatives, meeting timelines and service-level commitments.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing, coding (CPT, ICD), payer rules, and reimbursement processes.
• Prior experience in revenue cycle management for U.S. healthcare providers, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with practice management systems, medical billing software, and Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in RCM or medical billing are an advantage.
