We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a RCM and Medical Billing Specialist with Sales experience from Pakistan to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career level and REMOTE (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
JOB DESCRIPTION OF RCM & MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST WITH SALES EXPERIENCE (REMOTE):
RCM & Medical Billing Tasks:
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the seamless implementation of RCM and Medical Billing services.
- Work closely with the management team to develop work processes, bidding templates, and pricing models for RCM and Medical Billing services.
- Support the management team by addressing queries and assisting with the implementation of RCM and Medical Billing services.
Sales Tasks:
- Handle incoming calls between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM (US CDT).
- Provide chat support from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (US CDT).
- Submit bids on relevant projects through the Upwork platform.
- Support the lead with additional lead generation activities.
- Support the lead in nurturing prospective clients.
- Assist the lead in converting prospects into closed deals.
- Create/update documents relevant to the sales department including sales flyers, materials, bidding templates and other sales documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in marketing, or business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
- 3 years of work experience as an RCM Lead or Accounts Specialist or relevant similar experience.
- Prior experience in RCM or medical billing sales, U.S. market specifically is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have experience in ICD-11 and CPT/HCPCS codes and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
