Quantity Surveyor

We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a project-based role in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
If you have experience in construction cost management and enjoy working closely with project teams on-site, this could be a great opportunity to be part of an active project environment.

What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs
• Monitoring project costs and handling variations
• Managing contracts and evaluating contractor bids
• Conducting site visits and verifying work progress
• Ensuring cost control and supporting value engineering
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors

What we’re looking for:
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, QS, Architecture, or similar
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying (construction projects)
• Good understanding of cost estimation, BOQs, and contracts
• Familiarity with local construction regulations
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills

This is a project-based, on-site role, so we’re looking for someone comfortable being actively involved at the project location.
