Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate must be experienced in Cost Estimation for Tendering and Bidding and capable of handling the full spectrum of QS responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for tendering and bidding.

• Preparing and analyzing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.

• Managing cost control during project execution.

• Preparing interim payment certificates (IPCs) and final accounts.

• Handling variation orders, claims, and contractual documentation.

• Coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients on QS matters.

• Conducting market analysis for updated material and labor prices.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, contract terms, and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, and QS software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, or QS-specific tools).

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Full-time availability in Islamabad.
