Quality Supervisor

Carlcare Service Pvt Ltd is hiring a Quality Supervisor to join its dynamic team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about quality management, process optimization, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing or service sector.

The role requires strong knowledge of quality standards, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative in solving quality-related challenges. Candidates with experience in handling ISO 9001 standards, Chinese language skills, and a background in engineering or materials will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Incoming Quality Control (IQC) processes to ensure proper inspection and tracking of all incoming materials.

• Identify, manage, and follow up on abnormal quality feedback, including improvement actions and root cause resolutions.

• Track and analyze material failures and returns; propose strategic adjustments to inspection methods.

• Evaluate and monitor quality aspects of new project implementations, ensuring standards are met from initiation.

• Lead and facilitate internal quality issue resolution within the factory environment, including the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

• Manage 8D reports for customer complaints, ensuring timely action, closure, and improvement feedback.

• Collect, review, and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual quality data, identifying trends and gaps.

• Prepare and present monthly quality reports, conducting regular meetings to review KPIs and progress on goals.

• Maintain and enhance the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in quality control or quality management.

• Academic background in Materials, Engineering, or Quality Management is preferred.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and related compliance protocols is essential.

• Candidates with Chinese language proficiency will be given preference.

• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
