Position: Quality Inspector cum Factory Coordinator

Fashion Driven is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector cum Factory Coordinator with a strong background in knitted and woven garments, preferably with experience in an apparel buying house or sourcing office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct inline, pre-final, and final quality inspections according to AQL standards.
* Monitor production quality, workmanship, measurements, and specifications.
* Coordinate sampling, pilot runs, and production approvals.
* Follow up with factories on production schedules, quality issues, and shipment readiness.
* Maintain approved samples, technical specifications, inspection reports, and master files.
* Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and overseas customers.
* Identify production and quality problems and coordinate corrective actions.
* Support factory sourcing, supplier evaluation, and production follow-ups.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in garment quality assurance and factory coordination.
* Strong knowledge of knitted and woven garments.
* Experience working with international buyers, buying houses, or sourcing companies.
* Good understanding of AQL inspection procedures and garment manufacturing processes.
* Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and visit factories throughout Karachi and other cities.
* Knowledge of social compliance, factory sourcing, and e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
