Hiring: Quality Assurance Executives (Night Shift) We’re looking for experienced and detail-oriented QA Executives to join our growing team at Errands Services, located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Position: QA Executive Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi Shift: Night (6 PM onwards) Compensation: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (Basic) About the Role: As a QA Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining service quality standards across our operations. Your insights and assessments will help shape stronger communication, better customer experiences, and consistent operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and monitor customer interactions (calls, chats, and emails). • Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance. • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process enhancement. • Ensure adherence to compliance and quality benchmarks. • Collaborate with management to implement QA-driven initiatives. Requirements: • Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Customer Service (preferably in BPO/operations). • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. • Comfortable working night shifts.
