Experienced Cold Calling Representative

Description:

SaMeD RCM Solutions is looking for an experienced and confident Cold Calling Representative to connect with healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States and introduce our medical billing and revenue cycle management services.

We need someone who can confidently speak with doctors, practice owners, office managers, and healthcare decision-makers, deliver an effective sales pitch, handle objections, and generate qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to medical practices across the United States.
• Introduce and promote U.S. medical billing and RCM services.
• Speak professionally with doctors, practice owners, and office managers.
• Identify potential clients and understand their medical billing challenges.
• Handle objections and communicate the value of outsourcing medical billing.
• Schedule appointments and qualified follow-up calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the lead tracker.
• Meet daily calling targets and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling is required.
• Experience in U.S. medical billing sales, healthcare BPO, or RCM sales is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken English and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate with U.S. healthcare professionals professionally.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to work evening and night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
