Quality Assurance Specialist

We’re a leading LED manufacturing company in Karachi seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. If you have a sharp eye for detail and expertise in electronics/LED QC, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect & test LED products (components, assemblies, finished goods).
• Validate performance of LED beads, driver ICs, capacitors, inductors, surge protection systems, etc.
• Conduct optical/electrical/thermal tests (e.g., LM-79, IEC standards).
• Analyse test data, troubleshoot defects, and implement fixes.
• Lead QC inspectors and maintain detailed quality records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ QC experience in LED/electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of LED components, circuits, and testing methods.
• Ability to read schematics & technical reports.
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
