Production Supervisor

PATEL & SONS SALT®, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Himalayan Pink Salt products from Pakistan, is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
2–4 years of relevant production experience, preferably in food, FMCG, salt, or related manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production processes and workforce management.
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage.
