- Gemba, 6S & Continuous Improvement
- Production Data, Documentation & Problem Solving
- Operator Coordination & Training
- Workplace Safety & Discipline

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

- Fresh BE/BS Engineer
- Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Manufacturing
- Strong interest in Manufacturing & Factory Operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in ALL SHIFTS — Day & Night
- Willing to work hands-on on the production floor
