A hub and spoke vendor network, plus our own 400 square yard factory going live September 2026. Our own in house built ERP platform running the whole floor, order tracking, lot tracking, everything.

You show up day one and get your own dashboard on our ERP platform, your tasks, your priorities, no guessing. You will actually do this stuff, not watch someone else do it.

✅ What You'll be Doing!

📦 Track live orders across our vendor network and keep them moving.

🏷️ Run QR code based lot tracking, yes, the same system our own team uses.

🔍 Sit in on quality control checks at real production stages.

🤝 Coordinate directly with masters and daily labours to keep timelines of fashion brands on track.

👕 Touch garments that are getting made, shipped, and sold for real fashion brands, this week.

🚫 No fetching files, no busy work, just production, from day one.

✅ What are We Looking For

🙋 You take ownership, and you are calm when a supervisor is not around.

🎓 Currently enrolled in textile, merchandising, garment, or a related program.

🌱 Zero experience needed, we care how fast you learn, adapt, and get things done.

🏗️ Comfortable commuting to and working hands on inside a real factory floor.

🎂 Maximum 26 years old.

💻 Handy with everyday digital tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, chat apps.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A team player who stays steady when the floor gets fast paced.

🔎 Genuinely curious about how garments actually get made.
