About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a solid foundation in both manual and automation testing. You will be working closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure that all components of the system work together as expected. Your focus will span from validating UI against design specs to performing deep integration testing with backend services, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing including regression, integration, exploratory, and UI testing.
- Write, review, and maintain detailed manual test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Build, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Selenium and Pytest.
- Use Postman to validate RESTful APIs and verify request/response flows.
- Validate backend data and perform basic MySQL queries when required.
- Compare frontend output with Figma or design files and report UI/UX deviations.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and DevOps teams throughout the sprint.
- Integrate tests within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in bug triage, test planning, and sprint ceremonies.
- Document clear and concise bug reports and test scenarios in Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Validate and help improve test coverage across the application stack.
- Actively contribute to the design and improvement of testing frameworks.
- Stay current with emerging testing tools, techniques, and trends.

Requirements:
years of hands-on experience in QA (manual and automation) for web applications.
Proficient in Selenium, Pytest, Postman, MySQL and JMeter.
Experience working with automation frameworks (Selenium + Pytest or similar).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with project and test management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Scripting experience in Python or Java for test automation.
Basic knowledge of MySQL for backend validation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an agile environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Passion for quality, learning, and staying up to date with modern QA practices.
