QA Analyst

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering bug-free, high-performance digital experiences? ByteForce IT Solutions is looking for a QA Analyst to join our team. You’ll help ensure the quality of websites, mobile apps, and AI tools by running thorough tests and building strong QA practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and implement QA strategies to reduce bugs and improve user experience
• Conduct manual testing across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablets, etc.)
• Identify and report bugs related to usability, performance, and functionality
• Explore and recommend automation/testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
• Track quality metrics and prepare reports on progress and improvements

Requirements:

• 1+ year of QA/testing experience (web & mobile platforms preferred)
• Strong knowledge of manual testing practices and processes
• Familiar with testing across multiple devices and browsers
• Exposure to basic automation tools (Postman, Selenium) is a plus
• Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and APIs
• Good communication skills for writing clear bug reports
• Familiarity with Git/version control and Agile environments (bonus)
