As a Property Consultant at SQYD, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing property sales and investment opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads into sales through market research, networking, and referrals

• Manage a portfolio of properties and provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and investment options

• Conduct property tours and liaise between buyers and sellers

• Prepare documentation and coordinate with legal and administrative departments for seamless transactions

• Stay updated with current market trends, legal regulations, and competitor offerings

• Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets

• Familiarity with local real estate laws and market dynamics

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
