The Role

• We’re hiring a results-driven E-Commerce Project Manager to lead our Amazon and Walmart service teams. Your mission: ensure quality, accelerate delivery, and drive maximum output across all functions — from advertising and listing optimization to reporting and account health. You’ll be the operational backbone behind every successful project, enforcing SOPs, timelines, and quality standards. This is not a passive role. We need someone obsessed with execution, detail, and accountability someone who will own the outcome, not just the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and Walmart teams (Ads, SEO, Creatives, Reporting, etc.)
• Enforce SOPs and implement systems for efficient task delegation and follow-through
• Perform quality control on all deliverables: campaigns, listings, reports, tickets, etc.
• Drive deadlines, task ownership, and weekly deliverable reviews
• Optimize team output — identify gaps, remove blockers, and make performance measurable
• Collaborate with leadership to align project goals with client KPIs
• Maintain clear, organized project tracking (ClickUp/Notion)
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues proactively
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, missed SLAs, and recurring issues

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within an e-commerce agency
• Deep understanding of Amazon and Walmart operations (ads, SEO, catalog, reporting, etc.)
• Strong command of project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana)
• Proven experience managing hybrid and remote teams
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and relentlessly proactive
• Must have effective and trackable reporting SOPs for Q/C and reporting
