Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team focusing on energy efficient solutions for homes in UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in projects involving boiler installations, first-time central heating systems, wall, roof, and loft insulations, solar panels, air source heat pumps, TRVs (Thermostatic Radiator Valves) and heating controls.
- Oversee the lifecycle of projects from planning to implementation
- Ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety standards
- Coordinate resources with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and risk assessments
- Identify and resolve project issues and challenges
- Stay updated on energy efficiency technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project engineering or management, preferably in energy efficiency
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency measures and technologies listed above
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications in project management
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
