Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients in the USA for BPO services, utilizing various platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their outsourcing needs and offering tailored solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed project proposals, service agreements, and cost estimates in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on USA market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, progress, and close deals using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with potential clients to secure contracts.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure alignment on project requirements and client expectations.
Reporting: Provide weekly sales performance updates, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Business Graduate
Experience:
2-3 Years of Experience in BPO / Call Center Industry preferred
