Program Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. You will be the driving force behind our incubation programs, responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, all while ensuring goals are met on time, within budget, and to scope.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Ownership: Designing & managing incubation programs from end-to-end.

 

Ecosystem Building: Develop, execute, and own an operational and engagement strategy for the entire community, including donors, startups, investors, corporates, mentors, and advisors.

 

Startup Support: Manage day-to-day interaction with Incubatees and provide continued strategic guidance across ideation, acceleration, investment, and scale-up stages (e.g., business modeling, sales, financing, overall strategy).

 

Expert Management: Liaise and on-board high-quality experts, trainers, and mentors to ensure exceptional coaching and advisory support.

 

Curation & Vetting: Screen and evaluate applicants for program induction, creativity, innovation, acceleration, and investment.

 

Performance Tracking: Ensure tight management of milestones and progress of entrepreneurs and their startups.

 

Resource Coordination: Act as the switchboard for entrepreneurs to access relevant resources and connections.

 

Operational Excellence: Coordinate, maintain, and review the incubator's facility needs and optimize project processes for efficiency.

 

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

 

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

 

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a strong preference for experience in startup incubation or acceleration.

 

Certification: Certification in Project Management or a related field is a definite plus.

 

Skills:

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.

 

Strong networking capabilities within the startup ecosystem.

 

Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.

 

Previous mentorship and advisory experience is highly valued.
