Program Coordinator

The Schooling Co. is looking for a passionate and committed Program Coordinator to join our team and help implement our School Transformation Program across low-fee private schools.

This is not a traditional school teaching job. You will work directly with schools, teachers, and school leadership to support the implementation of meaningful educational improvements and contribute to better learning outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and wants to create a real impact in Pakistan’s education sector.

Preferred profile:

• 3–4 years of experience in teaching, educational leadership, school coordination, or education programs
• Background in STEM will be preferred
• B.Ed., M.Ed. or relevant education certifications/diplomas will be preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working both in the office and in schools
• Able to engage professionally with teachers and school leadership
• Organized, proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership
• Passionate about school improvement and educational transformation

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and implement the School Transformation Program in partner schools
• Work closely with school leaders and teachers during implementation
• Support schools in adopting improved teaching and learning practices
• Conduct school visits, observations, and implementation follow-ups
• Coordinate program activities, documentation, and reporting
• Identify implementation challenges and work with the team on solutions
• Contribute to improving the quality of education in low-fee private schools
