Product Operations Manager

Description:

Motive is looking for a Product Operations Manager (Hardware) to help scale and optimize its hardware portfolio. The role involves driving product growth, process automation, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, rollout strategies, and beta testing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Define, implement, and streamline product development processes to improve efficiency.
✔️ Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and business teams.
✔️ Develop and execute comprehensive product rollout plans.
✔️ Analyze business metrics and product performance to drive enhancements.
✔️ Manage Beta programs for hardware testing, ensuring structured feedback loops.
✔️ Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams for successful product launches.

Requirements & Skills:

🔹 6+ years of experience as a program manager in Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations.
🔹 Strong background in hardware product operations, particularly New Product Introduction (NPI).
🔹 Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
🔹 Ability to analyze data using SQL, Salesforce, or Excel.
🔹 Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating across global teams.
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
