Role: Product Marketing Associate

Location: Full-time | On-Site (Karachi)

At SwotsUp (by The SWOT's Guide), we’ve built Pakistan’s first food social network and discovery platform, helping people make smarter food decisions through user reviews, menus, discount listings, and local insights. From street carts to fine-dine restaurants, SwotsUp is where food meets data, and decisions meet community.

Now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced team and help take our growth to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan & run influencer campaigns to drive installs, buzz, and engagement

- Launch and optimize app engagement campaigns using push notifications, gamification, and A/B testing

- Support user acquisition through social media, referrals, partnerships, paid ads, and ASO

- Lead partner marketing efforts with restaurants, co-branded offers, and seasonal pushes

- Use analytics & reporting to track performance and inform next moves

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and content teams

- Manage vendor relations and strategic partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in growth, influencer, or app-based marketing (strong internships also welcome)

- Strong grasp of user acquisition, engagement, and performance marketing

- Comfort with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Firebase, Notion, etc.
