Description:

The Team: Market Intelligence’s Tools & Technology team partners closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Client Support, Product Management, Legal Operations, Content, and Technology to deliver commercial platforms that support client-facing teams and critical Quote-to-Cash capabilities. The team enables scalable, compliant workflows across Salesforce, CPQ, Conga, agreements, and contract generation, helping front-line commercial teams partner effectively with prospects and customers.

The Impact: This role will serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce Platform capabilities aligned to Legal and contract lifecycle management. The Product Owner will manage the roadmap and backlog for CPQ-related contract capabilities, including Conga agreements and contract generation workflows, while partnering with Legal Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
 

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritized backlog for Salesforce Platform capabilities supporting Legal and contract lifecycle workflows.
  • Partner with Legal Operations, CPQ, Salesforce, Automation, and business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Translate legal, commercial, compliance, and operational requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items.
  • Lead enhancements for Conga, agreements, contract generation, and related CPQ workflows within Salesforce.
  • Guide agile delivery teams through sprint planning, refinement, execution, testing support, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise data models, integration dependencies, compliance expectations, and scalable platform design.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Quote-to-Cash, Agreement/Contract/Conga workflows, and contract management processes within Salesforce.
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or a related role supporting commercial, legal, or Quote-to-Cash capabilities.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, with preferred exposure to CPQ, Conga, agreements, contract generation, or contract lifecycle management workflows.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting agile delivery teams.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Legal Operations, business stakeholders, technology teams, and automation partners.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence priorities, resolve ambiguity, and drive alignment across cross-functional groups.
  • Understanding of enterprise data models, integration dependencies, compliance requirements, and operational impacts of platform changes.
