Principal Software Engineer

Description:

SDSol Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer / Technical Lead to spearhead software development projects and manage a team of developers. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in backend development, frontend technologies, and database management while possessing strong leadership abilities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion
✅ Oversee a team of developers working on ASP.NET projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
✅ Collaborate with international clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
✅ Drive full-stack development using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Angular, and React
✅ Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high coding standards
✅ Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications
✅ Manage the entire project life cycle, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication with stakeholders
✅ Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures

Required Qualifications:

✔ 8-10 years of proven experience in software development and project management
✔ Hands-on expertise in backend development using .NET and related frameworks
✔ Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular and React
✔ Expertise in database management and design
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ PMP certification is a plus

Work Schedule:

🕒 Timings: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
🕒 Ramadan Timings: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
