Payroll Officer

This mid-career position is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in payroll management and accounting.

As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations including salary processing, benefits, reconciliations, and compliance. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a sound understanding of payroll systems and statutory regulations. You will work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and process full-cycle payroll on a monthly basis

• Manage employee benefits and deductions accurately

• Ensure timely reconciliations of payroll-related accounts

• Maintain records and generate payroll reports as needed

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and labor regulations

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues

• Support audits and reporting functions as required

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• ACCA qualified or part-qualified

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll or accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 is highly desirable

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
