Position: Payroll & HR Operations Officer
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Denim-e Pvt.Ltd looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
Process daily and weekly piece rate payroll based on production piece rates, SAM, and payroll layouts.
Proficiency in MS Suite specifically in MS Excel for complex data tracking.
Ensure payroll compliance with minimum wage and EOBI/SESSI regulations.
Conducting frequent on-ground monitoring and floor-level supervision to validate payroll layout data and attendance.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of experience in a garment factory or manufacturing unit.
Hands-on expertise in piece rate payroll and managing payroll layouts.
Background in I.E. data operations or incentive data entry is highly preferred.
Male candidates residing near Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shahfaisal or DHA preferred.
