MacCare is looking for confident communicators with US healthcare experience to join our team at DHA Phase 6, Karachi.

Position Details
* Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi (On-site)
* Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
* Transportation: Provided

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
* Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and confirmations.
* Update patient records in EHR systems.
* Verify health insurance details and obtain prior authorizations.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of relevant US healthcare experience (mandatory).
* Excellent English communication skills with a clear/neutral accent.
* Knowledge of medical terminology, US health insurance, and EMR/PM systems.
* Intermediate/A-Levels required; Bachelor’s preferred.
