OMI Hospital is looking for skilled, motivated, and dedicated Lab Technologists to join its healthcare team.

📍 Location: OMI Hospital, Karachi
🕒 Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening & Night)

Qualifications & Requirements:

* BS in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification.
* ⭐ EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience in a Hospital or Diagnostic Laboratory.
* Knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.
* Collect, receive, label, and process patient specimens.
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
* Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
* Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
* Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation.
* Ensure timely reporting of test results.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in the laboratory.
