Main Assignments

As part of our core leadership team, you will:

• Co-design and implement innovative fundraising and partnership strategies.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, partners, and funding agencies.
• Lead proposal development, project design, and implementation aligned with SDGs.
• Contribute in strengthen organizational systems for long-term sustainability and impact.

Requirements:

• A passionate changemaker with a strong background in NGO/development work.
• Experienced in fundraising, proposal writing, donor engagement, and partnership building.
• A strategic thinker with excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.
