Our paralegals aren’t freelancers working in isolation. You’ll be part of a structured, collaborative office environment, equipped with the tools and training to deliver legal support at an international standard.

The Role

As an EQ Nexus Paralegal, you will work with UK-based law firms on a range of legal support tasks. You’ll be embedded into their workflows, acting as an extension of their in-house team, while being based in our managed offices in Pakistan.

You will receive ongoing training in UK legal processes, client communication, and professional best practices, ensuring your work meets the high standards expected by top-tier firms.

Working hours will align with UK business hours.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents under client supervision.

• Conduct legal research using UK and international legal databases.

• Review, organise, and summarise case files.

• Assist with compliance checks and due diligence.

• Manage workload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Law from a recognised university (preference for top-ranked institutions).

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn UK legal practices.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior work experience in a legal setting is preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates.
