We need someone who can manage travel marketplace accounts and actively generate bookings, leads, and sales through platforms such as:

 

• Tripadvisor

• Viator

• Booking.com

• Groupon

• Other relevant travel and activity marketplaces

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts across travel booking platforms

• Generate consistent bookings, enquiries, and revenue

• Create and optimize high-converting service and activity listings

• Improve listing visibility, ranking, impressions, and conversion rates

• Research competitors, pricing, offers, and marketplace trends

• Develop pricing, discount, promotion, and seasonal sales strategies

• Optimize titles, descriptions, images, packages, and booking details

• Identify new sales opportunities across relevant platforms

• Manage availability, rates, inventory, and promotional campaigns

• Monitor leads, bookings, cancellations, and customer behaviour

• Respond to customer enquiries and support booking conversions

• Manage reviews and improve platform reputation

• Resolve account, listing, verification, and booking-related issues

• Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports

• Achieve agreed booking, lead, and revenue targets

 

Required Experience and Skills

• 2–4 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience generating sales through OTA or marketplace platforms

• Hands-on experience with Tripadvisor, Viator, Booking.com, or Groupon

• Strong understanding of listing optimization and conversion strategies

• Experience with travel, tours, activities, hotels, or service-based businesses

• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyse performance data and improve results

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
