Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for a senior-level Operations Manager who can independently manage and optimize operations across real estate buying & selling, construction, marketing, finance, and external business engagements.

The role demands strong governance, profitability focus, and structured reporting to the owner.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, or Management (mandatory)

8–12 years of multi-functional operations experience

Prior experience in real estate and construction (Mandatory)

Proven leadership, financial oversight, and owner-level reporting experience
