Following the Transaction, MediaRadar's expanded resources and capital will allow it to further invest in cutting-edge data and tech capabilities, building next-gen solutions that drive maximum value for its customers and cementing its position as the industry's analytics leader.

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Publisher & Ad Tech who will ensure our newest publisher partners have a smooth, engaging, and successful first experience with MediaRadar. This role will focus on guiding clients through their first 90 days, educating them on best practices, and setting them up for long-term success. In addition to onboarding, the role would encourage customer engagement via centralized outreach & proactive client education efforts

Requirements What You've Done:
 

  • Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS, advertising, or media
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite
  • Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is a plus

What You'll Do:

Client Management & Education: Own the client relationship from the point of sale through Customer Success handoff (first 90 days).
 

  • Lead client kickoff calls, product trainings, chairsides, 30- and 60-day adoption calls, and partnership reviews
  • Develop a deep understanding of publishers' business needs and align MediaRadar's platform with their goals
  • Support clients in defining success milestones and achieving value with a high-touch, hands-on approach that builds confidence and independence
  • Monitor client usage, proactively identify disengaged accounts or users, and drive re-engagement efforts
  • Provide educational materials and best practices to help clients maximize outcomes

Salesforce Management:
 

  • Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce
  • Update onboarding status, oversee client setup, and accurately log client goals, use cases, and interactions

Client Handoff:
 

  • Confirm client satisfaction and adoption at the end of the onboarding process
  • Seamlessly transition the partnership over to the account team with full context and documentation

Centralized Outreach & Targeted Engagement:
 

  • Run point on centralized segment outreach initiatives and collaborate with client partners towards targeted customer engagement
