Brain and Spine HealthCare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Odoo ERP Operator to oversee and manage the Odoo ERP system, ensuring seamless integration of financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in Odoo modules, particularly in finance, sales, inventory, and HR, with a deep understanding of the financial hierarchy of the company to optimize workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Odoo ERP software across finance, sales, HR, and administrative functions.
- Ensure precise record-keeping of financial transactions, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations within the system.
- Maintain and update financial reports, inventory records, and employee data in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare financial statements, budget forecasts, and compliance reports for senior management.
- Identify and troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted system operations.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and administrative teams to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Generate and present customized reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Provide training and support to employees on best practices for utilizing Odoo functionalities effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Odoo ERP Operator or in a similar ERP management role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial hierarchy, accounting principles, and bookkeeping practices.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo modules, including Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, and Procurement.
- Prior experience in medical distribution, hospital management, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure ERP system efficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various departments.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Odoo certification or ERP training is a significant advantage.
