We're a US-based Shopify store, seeking an experienced virtual assistant or e-commerce agency from Pakistan to take our established dropshipping business to the next level.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Product Research & Selection: Demonstrated ability to identify trending products with high-profit potential, suitable for a Shopify store.
• Facebook Ads Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing successful Facebook ad campaigns that drive traffic and conversions to e-commerce products.
• Product Sourcing: Familiarity with sourcing products from reliable suppliers, ensuring competitive prices and quality control.
• Order & Shipping Management: Experience in processing orders, coordinating shipping, and tracking deliveries for a smooth customer experience.
• Customer Service Excellence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing timely and helpful customer support.
• Independent & collaborative: Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player, capable of following instructions and taking initiative.
