Sehat Medical Devices Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and commercially strong National Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales operations. This is a senior leadership position for someone who can build and manage sales teams, expand distributor and institutional networks, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across Pakistan.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the medical device, hospital disposable, pharmaceutical, or healthcare distribution market, with proven experience in managing sales at a national or regional level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for SMD products.
- Develop new customers across Pakistan, including hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, institutions, procurement networks, and healthcare groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, distributors, procurement teams, hospital administrators, pharmacy chains, and institutional buyers.
- Lead market visits, customer meetings, distributor onboarding, and institutional sales development.
- Work closely with management to identify high-potential customers, new product opportunities, and growth areas.
- Lead, train, and manage regional sales teams across Pakistan.
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement through proper planning, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Expand business through hospitals, distributors, institutions, pharmacies, and private healthcare networks.
- Manage key accounts, customer relationships, and regional sales performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for product growth.
- Support the launch and market development of new products.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, and market demand.
- Take responsibility for receivables, customer follow-up, and recovery targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in medical devices, hospital disposables, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare distribution.
- Strong network in hospitals, distributors, institutions, pharmacies, or healthcare procurement channels.
- Commercially driven, field-oriented, target-focused, and able to independently open new markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage distributors, institutions, hospitals, and retail channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pakistan as required.
