Mavericks United is rapidly advancing in the tech industry, known for its cutting-edge software innovations. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Member Engagement, and Field Services. This role requires strong plugin development, Azure deployments, CI/CD, and experience with XRM Toolbox. SSIS experience is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Member Engagement, and Field Services modules.
- Design and implement plugins and custom workflows using C# and .NET.
- Deploy CRM solutions to Azure and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration.
- Utilize SSIS for data integration and migration tasks.
- Optimize CRM capabilities using out-of-the-box functionality and XRM Toolbox.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in C# and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the CRM environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, particularly in Sales, Marketing, Customer Member Engagement, and Field Services.
- Proficient in SSIS, plugin development, and Azure deployments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Expertise in out-of-the-box functionalities and customizations within Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in XRM Toolbox, C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
