Mern Stack Developer

Description:

MDT Solution is actively looking for a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to become a part of our growing team. This role requires a developer who is technically strong, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end development processes, from frontend UI creation to backend services and database management.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with cloud deployment experience on AWS or Azure. This is an onsite position at our Lahore office in DHA Phase 6, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
✅ Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend.
✅ Work with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases to ensure efficient data management and retrieval.
✅ Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT or equivalent protocols.
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application speed, scalability, and performance.
✅ Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
✅ Manage application deployment on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure and follow DevOps best practices.
✅ Ensure code quality through version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Required Skills & Expertise:
🔹 Frontend: React.js, Redux / Context API, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap.
🔹 Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JWT Authentication.
🔹 Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and other NoSQL solutions.
🔹 Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway), Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
🔹 Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
🔹 Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
🎓 At least 3+ years of proven experience working with MERN stack and delivering full-cycle projects.
🎓 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize performance efficiently.
🎓 Experience working in fast-paced and collaborative environments is highly preferred.
🎓 Understanding of microservices architecture and modern development best practices.
