Merchandiser

Description:

We are seeking dynamic and energetic young professionals to join our team as Merchandisers. This is an on-site position based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in managing product development, sourcing, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete product lifecycle from development to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers to ensure timely production and shipment.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
• Conduct initial marketing activities, including calling potential clients.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Young candidates with a growth-oriented mindset, females are encouraged too.
• High energy, motivated, and able to work smartly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Proficiency in speaking English to communicate effectively with customers.
• Previous experience in textiles, home textiles, bedding, terry, or fashion garments is a plus but not required.
• Experience in costings
• Textile graduated student is a plus point.
• Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
