KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

* Develop and implement poultry feed sales and marketing strategies.

* Achieve sales targets and expand market share.

* Build strong relationships with poultry farmers, dealers, and distributors.

* Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.

* Lead the sales team and prepare sales reports.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA;

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in DVM, Poultry Sciences, Animal Sciences, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the poultry feed industry.

* Strong network within the poultry sector.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

* Willingness to travel.
